PT. AFM Aviasi Indonesia (AFM) is a ground handling company that is fully certified by Indonesia Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to operate in any airport across Indonesia archipelago. AFM focuses on handling private aircrafts and is a registered flight permit agent.

In addition to that, AFM is also an IS-BAH accredited ground handling company.

AFM started doing ground handling business in the end of 2013, having been in private jet charter business since 2005. It all started in Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport (WIHH) in Jakarta with a team of three staff.

Two years into the business, in 2015 AFM obtained its own ground handling certificate and since then it has been operating as a physical ground handler, also in WIHH, employing fifteen staff. As time passed and business grew, AFM expanded its operations into Bali (WADD) and Manado (WAMM), then Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport (WIII). AFM currently employes around seventy staff and operates its own ground handling equipment. AFM operations is covered by insurance of up to Rp 2 billions (Indonesian Rupiah).

AFM senior management personnel were mostly trained in business aviation and hospitality industries. These backgrounds enrich AFM from both operational as well as service sides, balancing skill, knowledge and customer relationship.

AFM management also puts attention on both legal and technical aspects in running the operations. Therefore we always make sure that we fulfil all legal and technical requirements; personnel licenses, current trainings, adequate insurance coverage, using internationally accepted and well known ground support equipment, etc. We are committed to having continuous improvement in our organization.
